House Preparation
We'll take care of your home
- We will move heavy furniture to the center of the room and cover with plastic drop cloths.
- We will take off all electrical face plates and put them back after.
- We will cover any door hardware with painter’s tape and/or plastic bags.
- We will protect hanging fixtures like ceiling fans, recessed lights and pendant lights when we pain your ceiling.
- We will caulk and putty holes, cracks and voids, using only premium materials.
- We will sand smooth and apply primer to the repaired area.
- We will vacuum dust on the baseboards and moldings.
Working Process
Get a new look in your eyes
- We will apply the first coat of premium quality Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paint.
- We will inspect the surface condition after the first coat and, if necessary, sand, caulk and putty.
- We will again send smooth and apply primer.
- We will apply the second coat and paint all trim.
- We will evaluate and make any necessary final touch-ups.
- We will remove all equipment including drop sheeting.
- And finally, when the job is completed, we will walk through with you to make sure you’re happy with everything.
