- We will start and finish on time

- We will use power washer to clean the surface of your house
- We will cover or masking off everything in the area that might get hit with overspray: gutters, roofs, windows, shrubbery, walkway, plants
- We will scrape off any peeling or cracked paint
- We will send all surfaces to make sure that there is a feathered, smooth transition from exposed wood to old paint
- We will fill minor cracks and dents, repair any rot, and replace any pieces that are too far gone
Working Process
Get a new look in your eyes
- We will apply the first coat of premium quality Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paint
- We will inspect the surface condition after the first coat and, if necessary, sand, caulk and putty
- We will again send smooth and apply primer
- We will apply the second coat and paint all trim
- We will evaluate and make any necessary final touch-ups
- We will remove all equipment including drop sheeting
- And finally, when the job is completed, we will walk through with you to make sure you’re happy with everything.
